Refund policy

FTSO Clothing accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery, including returns for size changes or a change of mind.

To arrange a return, email gary.spann@ftsoclothing.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address before you send the item back.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
